Good Times Hospitality (GTH) is a Minnesota-based hospitality group dedicated to building memorable experiences rooted in connection, creativity, and community. GTH was founded by hospitality veterans Zach Sussman and Farzad Freshtekhu, with 40+ years combined hospitality experience with well-known brands, including Lifetime Fitness, CRAVE/Kaskaid Hospitality, International Dairy Queen, and more. The GTH portfolio includes Asher's Bar & Grill (opening spring 2026), Woods Retreat event center, and Brick x Mortar.
